She has been exploring creative ways to communicate our mission. Join us as we dive into Daniela’s journey, her approach to digital marketing, and the energy she brings to Klayr!
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m Daniela, a 21-year-old from Portugal who moved to the Netherlands three years ago. I’m super ambitious and never settle for the basics. I’ve always dreamed of having my own brand, and while I’m still figuring out the exact industry, jewelry is a strong contender—I can’t go a day without my earrings, bracelets, and rings. I live by the motto “you only live once,” constantly pushing myself to try new things and step outside my comfort zone.
What are your passions and hobbies?
I have done horse riding for over 10 years—it’s pure therapy for me, and I know it’ll be a lifelong passion. Since I moved to the Netherlands, I’ve been keeping up with the gym and staying consistent. Sports have always been a huge part of my life; they’re my way of staying balanced, clearing my mind, and staying healthy, both mentally and physically. In the past three years, traveling has become one of my biggest passions. I’m all about experiencing different cultures and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I just want to see as much of the world as I can, meet amazing people, and make the most of every adventure.
If you could choose to have any superpower to help you with marketing, what would you choose?
I believe the learning journey in marketing never really ends—you’re always picking up something new, and that’s what I love about it. It’s constantly challenging. If I had a superpower, it’d be the ability to stand out from everyone—to always come up with ideas that are fresh, unique, and a step ahead of the competition.
What brought you to Web3?
I’m always pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone. I think we should constantly challenge ourselves and try new things to go beyond what we expect from ourselves. That’s exactly why I’m here—taking on something totally new. Our future is in our hands, and without taking on new challenges, I’d feel ordinary—and that’s just not for me. 🙂
What excites you the most about working with and at Klayr?
At Klayr, I get to work on projects that not only deepen my understanding of blockchain and marketing but also allow me to contribute meaningfully to a growing field. The team’s passion and commitment to innovation are truly inspiring, and I enjoy working with this team a lot. Everyone is super welcoming. The Klayr environment fosters creativity, learning, and growth, making each day at Klayr an exciting challenge for me.
What was an important thing you learned for your career by being an intern with us so far?
Klayr has motivated me to pursue my dream of starting my own business by showing me the passion and dedication the team has for this project. They approach their work with genuine passion, seeing it as much more than just a job. That’s the kind of career I aspire to have—one that is rooted in passion and purpose.
For creatives interested in joining blockchain companies, what would you recommend?
Even if you have a creative background and aren’t yet familiar with blockchain, that’s okay. One of the exciting things about entering this field is the constant learning and discovery. There’s no set routine, and you’ll always find something new to explore. It’s a space where stepping out of your comfort zone is part of the journey, and that’s what makes it so rewarding.
