Already built your sidechain?

It doesn’t stop there! The Klayr Labs team will reach out to the most promising projects to onboard them to an exclusive, invite-only phase of the program oriented toward bringing a sidechain to the mainnet.
100k KLY to 300k KLY grants are available for the best projects!

In order to receive a grant, you must meet the following conditions:

    General Requirements
    1. You registered your intent to build in the form above.
    2. You’re part of our Discord community.
    3. You’ve added your Discord user name to the readme of the project so that we can verify your ownership of the project.
    4. You’re willing to undergo basic KYC for our compliance.
    5. Stay responsive to periodic check-ins (3 and 6 weeks after application) to stay in good standing in the Ignite Grants program.
    6. Finish your sidechain within 6 weeks of application.
    Technical Specifications
    1. Your sidechain must run on a public testnet.
    2. You use Klayr SDK 6.1.x.
    3. It must include a module with custom functionality. Do not copy and paste from other modules.
    4. Your code is open-source (APACHE-2.0).
    5. Your sidechain is connected to the Klayr mainchain (registered and activated).
    6. You include documentation for deployment (readme).
    7. No frontend (UI) is needed.
    8. No service (connection to the wallet) is needed.
    9. You will need to keep your sidechain online for 1 month to receive your grant.
    10. Frontend (UI) and service will be a needed if you want to receive additional funding to move to mainnet.
    Community Engagement Requirements
    1. Introduce your project in the Ignite Grants channel in our Discord.
    2. Share a brief review about your experience developing with our SDK when we send a request. We can share this review and your Discord user name to spread the word about Ignite Grants.
    3. Use Discord to find support for any questions you have about developing your sidechain.
